Tim Erickson - Business development director for the AIM Institute
Tim is currently the business development director for the AIM Institute. He is responsible for the partnership and development with businesses involved with Careerlink outside the Omaha area as well as assisting in research projects, grants, and project management as well as outreach to communities and schools. He was formerly a General Manager for software development companies in Iowa, Georgia and Nebraska. Tim assisted in winning several “Best of the Web” awards from the Center for Digital Government, a Pioneer award from the Government Solutions Center and other national and international awards for projects while at this software companies. Before his recent work in the private sector, Tim served as a technology advisor to two Governors of Nebraska as well as serving as a Policy analyst in the areas of Agriculture, Revenue and Finance, Health and Human Services as well as Education in the Governor’s Policy Research office. He has served as a speechwriter for another Governor in Nebraska and worked as a Research Analyst for the Revenue Committee and Legislative Aide in for the Nebraska Unicameral Legislature.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and Creighton University Law School. He has attended continuing education symposiums at Harvard University.
